5.2 VIP Cashback

dhaka7's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Technical Errors
